Employer Product Update: October 2017

This is the first in a series of posts where we will be sharing the most exciting updates to our website every month. At Merlin, our goal is to make finding the right candidates as fast and as painless as possible for you. We listened to your feedback and added features aimed at improving your experience. Sit tight, because this is a big one!

Desktop push notifications

Receive a notification every time a candidate applies to your job or messages you. A card will appear in the lower-right corner of your screen with the message content.

Never miss a thing with our new notifications!

Job preview

See how your job post looks like to candidates in the Merlin app. You can always edit your job post if you see an error in the preview.

Suggested salaries

Not sure what salary to list in your job post? We’ll show you the optimum salary range for your position to maximize applications to your job. Our salary suggestions are based on our proprietary job data. This feature is currently only available for select positions and will become available for more positions in the near future.

New candidate cards

Our redesigned candidate cards will show a red dot in the top right corner of new candidates who apply to your job. This will make it easier for you to identify new applicants.
